Post 28: Finished Poster

Here is my finished poster promoting my short film Dead End. I chose to produce a poster in this style as during my research I came across quite a few similar ones in this style. I specifically used a close up of 'Josh' as I wanted the audience to be able to connect with the protagonist, also by creating a poster along the lines of a character poster I haven't given much away about the short film. I chose to format my poster in this way as the close up of the character Josh displays intensity and enables the target audience to relate with the character. I placed the image of the police officers in the background as relates to my target audience and indicates that the film has some sort of criminal incident or that there's action within the short, enticing male audiences.
